Civil Pro ("the App", "we", "us") is a construction project management application for authorized staff of the operating organization. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is handled.
The App is restricted to invited users (super admins, admins, and site managers). Accounts are created by an administrator; there is no public sign-up.
Permissions are requested only when you use the related feature, and you may decline or revoke them in your device settings.
Data is used solely to operate the App: authenticating you, displaying and syncing the projects and records you are authorized to access, and storing the photos and files you submit. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database, file storage, and authentication) with row-level security so users can only access records permitted by their role. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
We share data only with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) strictly to deliver the service. We do not share data with third parties for marketing.
Records are retained while your organization uses the App. To request deletion of your account or associated data, contact us at the address below; an administrator can also deactivate accounts and remove records.
The App is a workplace tool and is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
